That one ex that you can't quit

Good day people how are you doing?  Hope all is well in your world. My friends and I were talking and some were having issues getting over their ex. Sigh some of you have a process the break up=the heartache then the he/she begs to come back and you give in then that leads to more heartache when that ex does the same thing. Sometimes the heart was in the process of coping and healing from the damage that ex cause then they come and you let them back in to rip the bandaid off your heart and you hurt again. The heart wants what the heart wants people tend to say but When you keep letting someone that is toxic and cause harm to your heart in.  How can you truly find happiness?  Fool me once shame on you but Fool me twice shame on me?  How many of you have been fooled twice?. That ex that says they will change but does not and you keep letting them back in..  No no no honey!!!  Tell yourself you deserve better and there is more for you. Stop letting your ex treat you like a the recycling process they reduce, reuse and recycle. Moving on is hard but going back is harder. Not no more your over a wise friend told me when the past calls never answer all they gonna talk about is the past right? leave history for history class the future looks better for you. Father's day that special relationship with dad.

Good day people how are you?. Just want to say happy father's day to all the fathers out there. Being a father is not just having a child here and there and everywhere.  Being a father is about showing your child love, support, bravery, encouraging them, pushing them to be the best they can be.  You do not have to have a child to be a father as long as you showed someone all of these qualities then own it your a father! congrats!. Many children don't show how much they appreciate their fathers if he is a good dad don't tell him you appreciate him just for one day tell him you do everyday.  Without my father where would I be?  Think about it.  For me I would be nothing without my father he is the type that comes to pta meetings,  report day,  meet with my teachers, calls just to hear my voice, when I am sad my dad hurts, he supports me in everything I do, he believes in me more than i believe in myself.  Sometimes people we cannot afford to pay back our parents for what they have done but it doesn't hurt to try. Condolences to everyone who lost their dad I can only imagine the pain you all feel.  Losing someone so dear, my advice to you is just remember how great he was it's okay to miss him. Shout outs to all the mother's who are both mother and father to their child.  Hey happy father's day I salute you too. Enjoy the day with your Fathers it's not about what you can give them right now. Your love and appreciation is all they ask. Granpa a special shout out to you!!  And To my dad when I have a  child i want to be a great parent just like you. Stay beautiful

Break ups

Good day single,  dating, in a relationship, married,divorce etc how are you people?
Break ups!!  Everyone has been through it right?  Whether your a teen, adult, senior,  geesh even little kids been through it.  "It's over" those powerful words said by many, heard by many can cause a great deal of emotions whether sad, happy, heartbroken, revengeful, anger you name it those words caused it.  Many of you are probably going to read this and think of that ex,  that break up,  those words.

Breaking up is one of the hardest thing to go through for many it's when your love is lost "when the one you need don't need you what do you do?". No seriously what do you do?  Here is what Your not going to do though:
Sit around and be depressed forever
Cry your eyes out forever
Think about that person forever
Ring the person's phone and hang up when they answer!!  Guilty?
Stalk their Facebook profile

No no no!!!  Here is what Your going to do.
Grieve for awhile because afterall you were hurt so it's okay to grieve
Call up some super cool friends and You laugh and enjoy life.
Get your smile back
Get your life back and be the best you can be.
Sing it helps!!
Tell yourself you deserve better.
"Not no more am over i said this burden of this love is off my shoulder.  Then i found my smile again cause am so over. "

Single life and dating

Hello everyone good day. How are you guys doing single, dating,  married, divorce how are you. So Since lately I have been talking to my friends about relationships she asked what are the advantages of being single?.  I told her being single is like when your at the beach looking at the view it can be a beautiful thing. Single life is the time of your life your free you have all the time in the world to focus on yourself. It is the moment where you focus on who you are and what you really have to offer.  When single though there comes a time when lonliness takes over and you might want to start dating. To transition from single to dating can be a hard thing for some folks. Some people might find it hard to relax n ease into dating with the opposite sex, when going into the dating world again you might feel:
Nervous
Anxious
Excited
Happy cause hey!! You got a date

When transitioning the best thing to do is just relax be yourself, let your hair down, if your hair is in a fancy up do then don't let your hair down wouldn't want to ruin your style. Be confident,  laugh a little always bring your sense of humor with you. Date for fun just live in the moment who knows you might find miss/mr Right that night.
